Our journey with Trybe Recruitment Agency was one of transformation. Together, we gave birth to Trybe, a brand that stood for more than recruitment. It symbolized a community of opportunity-seekers and talent matchmakers. Trybe's logo and brand mark, inspired by Native American symbolism, reflected their dedication to prospecting and shaping a brighter future for all.



Naming a Revolution:


Trybe's revolution began with a name. "Trybe" wasn't just a name; it was a symbol of their innovative approach. It embodied the spirit of community and collaboration they brought to the recruitment process. Trybe was more than a word; it was a movement.

A brand's identity starts with its logo and brand mark. For Trybe, we created a logo that spoke volumes. Two triangles intersected to form a powerful symbol - a Native American sign of prospect. This icon represented Trybe's commitment to connecting individuals with opportunities, turning potential into reality.


Ad Creatives with a Guerrilla Spirit:


To introduce Trybe to the world, we adopted a guerrilla-like approach. We incorporated a handwritten typeface, infusing an element of raw authenticity. "Trybe" was complemented by "Join the,"  rendered in a handwritten font, imparting a personal touch to the brand. These ad creatives weren't just visuals; they were a call to action, inviting individuals to join the Trybe movement.
